Grüß Gott from Vienna

A vibrant and cosmopolitan city in central Europe with a long cultural tradition and good quality of life, Vienna also stands in the vanguard of sustainability and environmental protection. Known for its magnificent buildings from down the centuries but also for its social housing, since the fall of the Iron Curtain the city has looked East as well as West. We established our first presence here in 2001, at Vienna Airport; today we design architecture for tomorrow in our offices on the top floor of a period building in Vienna’s 1st district.

Our work here focuses on housing, health, transport and traffic and public buildings, always with an emphasis on longevity and sustainability. The majority of are projects are based in Eastern Austria and the surrounding countries.
We provide a range of general planning and architectural services including project development, preliminary and design planning, detailed planning and site management, as well as working on design competitions and feasibility and design studies.

The Wien team currently comprises seven members of staff from four countries. In addition to the day-to-day work of the office, we share a passion for architecture, which makes for some fascinating conversations. A barbecue on our own terrace or lunch at a local hostelry frequently provides the occasion for a team discussion or a meeting with business partners and friends.
Further afield, Vienna’s historic old town, the University of Applied Arts and the city’s park – all accessible from the underground station just a few minutes’ walk away – keep us inspired and motivated.
