Baumschlager Eberle Architekten build in Rankweil, Vorarlberg in Austria.
Our office The in Lustenau won the invited competition organized by Hajek Riedmann Projekt GmbH in cooperation with the municipality of Rankweil. The task was to replace an existing residential building with an upscale office, commercial and residential building. The space should be designed flexibly, so that the ground floor can be used in a flexible way either as commercial or office space, in addition the first floor as living space or offices on the 1st floor. In the other upper floors there will be only apartments for rent.
The Hajek Riedmann Projekt GmbH has now commissioned Baumschlager Eberle Architekten with the building planning. In the coming months, the design will follow and the building application will be submitted. The property is already under construction. The construction is due to begin in the first quarter of 2019.
