We have operated an office here since 2007, adding a series of impressive buildings to the Zurich cityscape. We have a good understanding of the local and regional construction market and take on projects in the Zurich area and across German-speaking Switzerland from the initial design phase to construction.
Focussing on their particular skills and strengths, our international team specialises in design and implementation work, providing a comprehensive urban planning, built and landscape architecture service under one roof. Design and presentation work is supported by our own in-house visualisers.

The office has grown steadily, starting with just three members of staff and expanding to today’s 25-strong team. Our well-equipped, modern office is located within walking distance of the city centre in the 4th district, the vibrant heart of Zurich.
The location is particularly stimulating thanks to its proximity to ETH, Zurich’s prestigious Federal Institute of Technology, the Architekturforum Zürich gallery and the Haus Konstruktiv museum of modern art. Staff regularly attend lectures and talks, organise trips and project visits together – combining professional development and team building – not to mention skiing weekends and summer and winter get-togethers, often organised with other BEA offices in Europe, with whom we keep up a lively exchange.
