Paris’ first positive energy building awarded
On 13 June 2018, Bouygues Immobilier and the Caisse de Dépôt in Paris received the Golden Trophy at SIATI 2018 in the category "Best real estate operation" for Paris’ first positive energy building Green Office ® Enjoy . The building designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten (lead architect), is now being realised in cooperation with Scape (associate).

Green Office ® ENJOY was planned as a multiple-use development with office, commercial and residential space. Baumschlager Eberle Architekten’s design created a modular building based on an innovative wood-and-concrete technique offering high levels of comfort for all users and an outstanding energy balance.
